Shipping Policy

1) Overview

PH Shine offers:

  • Digital products (instant download – no shipping), and

  • Print-on-demand merchandise (physical products produced individually after purchase).

All delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.


2) Digital Products (No Shipping)

All digital products (PDF books and learning materials):

  • are delivered immediately after successful payment,

  • are not shipped physically, and

  • can be accessed via the download link on the thank-you page and/or in the order confirmation email.

No shipping fees apply to digital products.


3) Print-on-Demand Merchandise (Physical Shipping)

All physical products are made to order (print-on-demand).
Production begins only after payment has been successfully completed.

Production Time

Production times vary depending on product type, order volume, and production capacity.
Any production time stated on the website or at checkout is an estimate only.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times depend on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
All delivery times are non-binding estimates.

PH Shine is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers,

  • customs or border inspections,

  • weather conditions,

  • force majeure,

  • or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.


4) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and may depend on:

  • product type and quantity,

  • destination country or region,

  • selected shipping method.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed before checkout is completed.


5) Order Tracking

Where tracking is available:

  • a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent,

  • tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Tracking availability and accuracy depend on the carrier and destination.


6) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply.

These charges:

  • are not included in our prices,

  • are not refunded, and

  • are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PH Shine has no control over customs authorities and cannot estimate these fees.


7) Address Accuracy / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

If a shipment is:

  • returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • refused by the recipient,

  • not collected,

  • or fails delivery after carrier attempts,

any reshipment is subject to availability and additional shipping costs, which must be paid by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.


8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Mandatory Reporting Period

Visible issues such as:

  • damaged items,

  • manufacturing defects,

  • misprints, or

  • incorrect items

must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Reports must include:

  • the order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable.

Reports submitted after this 7-day period may be rejected,
unless mandatory statutory consumer rights require otherwise.

Approved cases will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.


9) Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, PH Shine will:

  • arrange a replacement where possible, or

  • issue a refund if reshipment is not feasible.

Delays alone do not constitute a lost shipment.
