Refund policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has started or the content has been accessed.

By completing a purchase of a digital product, you expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.

Print-on-Demand Products

All physical products sold in this shop are print-on-demand items, meaning they are produced individually for each order.

No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

For this reason, print-on-demand products cannot be returned or refunded due to:

wrong size
personal preference
change of mind

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

the product is defective
the product was damaged during shipping
the wrong item was received

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
