SECTION 1 - Digital Books (Instant Download)


Q: How do the digital books work?

A: After purchase, you’ll get instant access to download your PDF via Sky Pilot. You can read it on any device and keep it for personal use.


Q: Do I get access right away?

A: Yes. Digital books are delivered immediately after checkout.


Q: Can I re-download my book later?

A: Yes. You can re-download through your order confirmation email anytime. If you ever lose access, contact me and I’ll help.


Q: Are the PDFs watermarked with my email address?

A: Yes. To protect the content, digital PDFs may be watermarked or stamped with the email address used during purchase.


Q: Can I share the PDF with someone else?

A: Please don’t. Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing hurts the project and future lessons.


SECTION 2 - Digital Books


Q: I can’t open the PDF - what should I do?

A: Try downloading again and opening it with a standard PDF reader (for example Adobe Reader or Edge browser). If it still doesn’t work, contact me.


Q: My download link expired - can you resend it?

A: The link is valid for a longer period of time including multiple down loads. In case of any issues, feel free to send your order email and order number and we will restore access.


Q: I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact me with your order number and I’ll resend access.


Q: Can I get the book in EPUB/Kindle format?

A: Currently the books are delivered as PDF. You can get the Kindle verion at Amazon.


Q: Can I get an invoice / receipt?

A: Your Shopify order confirmation email acts as your receipt. If you need something specific, contact me.


SECTION 3 - Free Cebuano Lessons & Email Course


Q: Are the free lessons for Cebuano only?

A: Yes. Free lessons and the free email course are currently available only for Cebuano/Bisaya in English.


Q: Are there free lessons for Tagalog/Filipino too?

A: Not yet. Tagalog & Filipino materials are currently available as digital books.


Q: What do I get in the free Cebuano email course?

A: Weekly Cebuano bites — short lessons, themed vocabulary, speaking tips, and occasional PH Shine updates.


Q: Is the email course really free?

A: Yes — totally free. You can unsubscribe anytime.


Q: How often do you send emails?

A: Weekly lessons, plus occasional project updates.


SECTION 4 - Email Course


Q: I signed up for Cebuano Bites but didn’t receive anything.

A: After signing up, you need to confirm your subscription (double opt-in). Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.


Q: I confirmed my email but still don’t receive lessons.

A: Check your Promotions/Updates tabs (Gmail) or spam/junk folder and make sure the sender is allowed.


Q: Can I change the email address I subscribed with?

A: Yes. Contact me, or simply subscribe again with the new email address.


Q: Can I unsubscribe anytime?

A: Yes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.


Q: Do you offer 1:1 tutoring?

A: Yes, please check here: Private lesson


SECTION 5 - Video Course (Coming Soon)


Q: Is a full video course available already?

A: Not yet. A complete Cebuano video course is in progress. Join the free email course to get early updates.


SECTION 6 - Merch & Lifestyle Gear (Print-on-Demand)


Q: Where does the merch come from?

A: Lifestyle gear is printed on demand via Gelato. Items are produced after you order.

Q: Do you ship merch worldwide?

A: Merch is printed on demand via Gelato and shipped to 200+ countries, depending on local carrier availability.


Q: How long does merch shipping take?

A: Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your country. Tracking is provided once shipped.


Q: Why is merch shipped separately from books?

A: Books are digital downloads. Merch is printed and shipped separately, so delivery times and policies are different.


Q: Can I return merch items?

A: Because merch is made on demand, returns or exchanges for size or change-of-mind are not possible. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me and I’ll make it right.


SECTION 7 - Merch & Lifestyle Gear (Tracking, Address, Print Quality, etc)


Q: My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t have the package.

A: Check your mailbox, neighbors, and any front desk/concierge first. If it’s still missing, contact me and I’ll investigate with the carrier.


Q: My item arrived with a print issue (faded/misaligned).

A: Please send a photo. If it’s a production issue, I’ll arrange a replacement.


Q: Can I change my address after ordering?

A: If production hasn’t started yet, it may be possible. Contact me as soon as possible.


Q: Can I exchange sizes?

A: Size exchanges aren’t possible because items are made on demand. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.


Q: Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

A: Not at the moment.


SECTION 8 - Amazon Paperbacks (printed books)


Q: Do you sell print books here?

A: Digital editions are sold here. Paperback editions are available on Amazon.


Q: Where can I find the paperback editions?

A: Get the paperback via Amazon. You can find all books on the author page:

Q: Will you add more paperbacks?

A: Yes, more paperback editions may be added over time.


SECTION 9 - Orders & Payments


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: The site is hosted by Shopify. Shopify supports major credit cards, PayPal, and local payment options depending on your country.


Q: Do you charge VAT/customs duties?

A: This depends on your destination country. Local taxes or customs fees may apply.


Q: I have an issue with my order — what should I do?

A: Contact me with your order number and a short description of the issue.


Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: Digital books are delivered instantly and can’t be canceled after delivery. For merch, contact me as soon as possible — if production hasn’t started, changes may be possible.


Q: Can I update my email address on an order?

A: Yes. Contact me with your order number and the correct email address.
